YOGA WORKSHOP WITH PAM JOHNSON

Yoking Mindful Movement Through Vinyasa Krama Yoga

Vinyasa krama Yoga integrates body and mind, achieving an elevated level of mental peace and relaxation. People who practice these prescribed vinyasa (sequences) with controlled breathing can often bring their breath rate down to four and even two breath per minute during an hour of practice ans still be completely relaxed while remaining in complex poses, such as shoulderstand and headstand.

In this workshop we will look  deeply into the nature and value of the breath. Pam will lead you through vinyasas, specially sequenced with the slow ujjai breath.

Some familiarity with Ujjayi breath is needed.
