Carla Bazemore, JD, RYT began her practice and studies of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga in Brazil in 1986. She has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer since 1993. She is certified through the Yoga Institute of Houston, American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is a registerd yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT 500). Carla also holds a Doctoral Degree in Law.
